This charming home is located in the quaint village of Pedralba (Valencia) in a valley  surrounded by olive and orange trees is bathed by the calm river Turia that has given us a natural park along its course and that serves a growing area for us refreshing dips in the hot summer months. The area is also very popular for rock climbing. Chulilla and Gestalgar, which are two towns very near Pedralba are top destinations for rock climbing.

The house has three floors and a surface of 150 m2 spread over three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully furnished, the beds are very extra comfortable and super sized, the shower has a rain shower head and the kitchen is fullly serviced. All furniture, appliances and linen are  completely new, July 2021. We also provide with a safe and fastest connection available  to the internet and a 50 inches smart TV. The patio upstairs  has incredible views over the village , the mountains and the Turia forest. You will enjoy outdoor furniture and a  barbacue. 

The people of Pedralba are genuine and authentic. The winding streets are full of pleasant and picturesque corners and restaurants that offer great food and value. The village is surrounded by fruit trees, orchards which provide us with fresh vegetables and local cooperatives that provide wine and olive oil. The region has many trails for hiking and biking, and it is a central point to arrange trips to exotic places. The Turia river is excellent and safe for bathing in the Pedralba area and there are also public recreational facilities with a large swiiming pool, tennis courts, paddle courts and a football field. The city of Valencia is just 35 kms or 40 minutes away so you can also combine your stay in Pedralba with visits to the city and beach.  The house is located in the center of the village.  if you are travelling by car it is a short drive (12kms) from highway A3 , A7 and CV35. Parking is free in the public parking facilities, 300 meters away from the house.  Valencia´s airport is 15 kms away, only 20 minutes drive and we can arrange a shuttle service at an extra price. Metro stations are in Lliria and Ribarroja , 15 minutes drive from the house, and a shuttle service can be arranged as well. Having a car is advisable if you want to discover the region but it is not mandatory , we have a taxi service .  

My goal as a host is to provide others with a place that helps them feel as relaxed and special. You will enjoy complete privacy. This holiday rental is  very comfortable, clean, well organized and have lots of charm. I make myself available to make suggestions about what to see, where to eat and unique daytrips.
